* There are some ways to increase your immunity.

1. First of all, You should eat healthy food. You need protein. You can eat fish, meat, milk, chicken. These are good source of protein.
Note: Daily You need at least 30% of daily meal as protein.
2. You have to do some exercise. You can do freehand exercises such as Push up, pull up, Roman rings, squats etc.
Note: Do not do exercise for long time. Do exercise for 1 hour.
